Desktop Font License

You May:

You May Not (without license upgrade):

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the font files (i.e. to other agencies, designers)
• Make font files available for download
• Use for National / International Broadcasting (OVER 500,000 lifetime viewers...unless you acquire an upgraded license)
• Create and sell modified versions of the fonts
• Create editable templates available for resale
• Use the Font Software as part of NFT designs.
• Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font

1. General

- This license is for 1 user, you can install a font to two (2) devices such as a desktop computer and an iPad.
- The license is valid only for the benefit of the invoiced purchaser or purchaser organization. 

2. Grant of License

Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Font, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This License permits the following uses:

A. Personal Use

Licensee may use the Font for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes use in personal projects, social media graphics, school projects, or any other non-commercial work.

B. Commercial Use

If explicitly stated in the purchase receipt or order confirmation, the Licensee may use the Font in commercial projects including but not limited to logos, branding, advertisements, packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials, subject to any usage restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

C. Broadcast Usage

The Licensee may use the Font in any type of Broadcast media, including but not limited to television, streaming services, and film, provided the use is for the Licensee’s own commercial purposes (e.g., title cards, lower thirds, and other on-screen graphics). For widespread or high-exposure usage such as national or international broadcasting, the Licensee must obtain an extended broadcast license from the Licensor. Licensee agrees that broadcast usage does not include sublicensing the Font to third parties for their own broadcast purposes without prior written consent from the Licensor.

D. Number of Users:

Unless specified otherwise, the Font is licensed for use by a single user. Additional licenses must be purchased for multi-user or enterprise use.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee agrees not to:

- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Font Software to any third party.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Font Software.
- Embed the Font in any software, application, or website in a way that allows third parties to extract or use the Font.
- Use the Font Software as part of NFT designs.
- Use the Font in a manner that is unlawful or infringes upon the rights of third parties, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights.

4. Your Rights

You may use the fonts for an unlimited number of print documents, as well as static images (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PDF) even if the images are used on the web or in a mobile app. The fonts can be embedded in other software files, such as Portable Document Format (PDF) but only as converted elements and in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create.

You are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts. This also pertains to all other graphics coming with it like illustrations, icons or similar.

You may modify the fonts for your own purposes, but the copyright remains with the copyright holder, and the number of computers covered by the license remains the same. You may not commission a third party to modify the fonts without first gaining permission from the copyright holder. You may not sell, make available for download, or give away modified versions of the fonts.

5. Limit of Liability

If you encounter problems with the fonts we will work with you to the best of our ability to solve these technical issues. The fonts may be only returned if defective within 30 days of sale. In no event will the copyright holder be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost revenue, profits, goodwill or savings, or for any claim by any third party.

6. Updates and Upgrades

The Licensor may provide updates, upgrades, or bug fixes to the Font Software at its discretion. The Licensee agrees to be bound by any additional terms and conditions that may accompany such updates.

7. Good Faith

We grant the rights of use of our fonts in good faith, and request that you promise to adhere to these terms. The use of our fonts in blasphemous material, pornographic material, criminally deceptive ways, dishonest ways, racist material, illegal industries of any kind, or malicious or hate activity is not permitted.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [ Texas, USA ], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Licensee agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [ Texas, USA ] for any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Licensee and the Licensor and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Font Software.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Acknowledgement

By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
